Training Routes

10 miler: http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=110833 (fun, goes up to the scenic loop)

Iroquois "Hard 10" -- the infamous loop. Hurts a lot, but the view at the top is nice!

FYI, you can go to the usatf.org site and do an advanced search, and put in Ken Combs Running Store as the author -- that'll pull up all the routes I made for the group.

See ya!
